This is a gorgeous combination of salt and spices that is intended to be mixed with butter to make a decadent sauce.
It was created by a chef at the Café de Paris in Geneva in the 1930's. There are lots of versions of this blend but ours is truly magical!
Usage Suggestion: Mix about half a teaspoon with one tablespoon of butter and melt over a steak, chicken or veggies hot from the grill. Let the butter melt and enjoy. You may prefer to mix this seasoning with olive oil for a lower fat version of the sauce.
