Cafe De Paris

We love to use this in a compound butter which we let melt on our resting steak.

It works very well on chicken or fish, roasted or grilled. Coat the chicken (skin on or not) with oil and shake the blend on on.

We generally mix 1TBSP of Cafe De Paris to 1 TBSP of butter. The butter can also be frozen.
