Bolivian Pink Salt

Harvested high in the Andes mountains under layers of volcanic rock and protected from the environment, this salt gets its color from its iron content. Other minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium give this salt a lovely taste and its coarse texture makes it an attractive seasoning.
