Salmon Harissa
Served with roast tomato on vine, mint yoghurt, rice & lentil blend
Recipe
Harissa Paste
To create a paste, combine two teaspoons of harissa powder with ½ teaspoon of olive oil and ½ teaspoon of water. If the paste becomes too thick, add equal parts olive oil and hot water until you achieve the desired consistency.
Salmon
Brush on or marinade the salmon, bake for 10-12 minutes
Roast Tomatoes
Toss Tomatoes on vine in oil and Guerande Sea Salt and roast with salmon. Serve with Greek Yoghurt (try adding mint & parsley)
