Situated within the boundaries of Luberon Regional Park, this estate occupies fertile lowlands to the east of Avignon, nestled between the wild terrain of Northern Vaucluse and the Southern Luberon hills.

These plains feature Quaternary-era soils formed by ancient river deposits and belong to an ecologically significant zone recognized by the Natura 2000 Network—a collection of protected natural areas celebrated for their remarkable plant and animal diversity.

The estate's olive orchards border the Sénancole river, the same waterway that drew Cistercian monks to establish Sénanque Abbey during the 1100s.
