Orange Peel

You can use this peel when fresh is not readily available. Because it is dried, the flavour evolves when mixed with a liquid. It can be used in baking, in marinades, and sprinkled on fish or meat.

Suggested uses - use wherever you would use fresh orange peel by rehydrating in warm liquid
