Nobleza del Sur Early Harvest "Day" Picual Organic  Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml is an early harvest single estate single variety cold extracted ultra low acidity (0.1%) premium olive oil from the Province of Jaen in Andalusia. Produced from an early harvest of picual olives from the Vista Alegre estate. It took no more than 4 hours from the tree to the cold extraction of the olive juice. This organic olive oil is dedicated to the bee, a key day time pollinator which plays a key role in the health of the olive groves. This early harvest picual offers herbaceous and fruity green aromas such as apple peel and banana. Its profile is balanced starting with a green and fresh taste with a slightly bitter and spicy finish typical of the picual variety. We would recommend to try this oil with a generous drizzle on pan con tomate or simply for dipping to enjoy its full flavours.  This year's Day Picual is rich in polyphenols.
