This award winning olive oil is from the Perales de Valdueza estate in Extremadura, western Spain. It has fruity notes of apples and ripe tomatoes with a nutty creaminess and slight peppery finish. It is medium bodied for great versatility. Use it for cooking or finishing on salads, soups and pasta.
Pressed from a blend of the olives grown on the estate - arbequina, hojiblanca, picual and morisca - to give an oil which is always delightfully well-balanced and versatile.
