Chimichurri

Originally created in South America, this mix is designed to be made into a sauce by adding a little wine vinegar and olive oil. It is perfect for topping grilled meats or as a zesty salad dressing. Our version does contain a little salt and has a bit of heat but feel free to get creative and add fresh scallions, parsley or extra chilli powder ...make it yours!
