We were inspired by the traditional blend to create a balanced harmony of flavours with organic cinnamon ceylon, organic cloves ground, organic star anise, ginger, organic cardamom, organic white pepper ground.
Mix two level teaspoons of Chai Masala with 250ml of milk and simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into 250ml of strong black tea. Add sweetener to taste. Makes two small cups or one large mug. It is normal to have some ground spices in the bottom of your cup. Spices do not dissolve.
