Amchur

Mangoes have been cultivated in India for 4000 years. Anchor is powdered green mango. It has a high citric acid content making it an interesting substitute for lemon juice. It is stronger than lemon juice and less harsh and keeps a bit of fruity sweetness. One teaspoon of anchor equals three tablespoons of lemon juice.

Please note that clumping of this powder is normal.
