A heritage rooted in 1489

In 1489, the de Grille family of Arles nobility acquired an estate nestled against the southern slopes of the Alpilles mountains, planting the olive groves and vineyards that would define six centuries of family stewardship. In 1731, the first oil mills were built on the property — the beginning of Estoublon's proud production legacy.


So few olive oil producers own their own mills and control bottling. At Estoublon, it is a founding principle. Every olive is hand-harvested and pressed within 24 hours, preserving an aromatic intensity simply not achievable by producers who rely on shared facilities or extended transit.


The result is a distinctive fruité vert character:vivid, green, and alive with the freshness of the Provençal morning.
