Pink Peppercorns

Pink Peppercorns  are not from the pepper vine, but come from the "Schinus" species of tree. These schinus peppercorns, also known as pepper berries, have a pine-like flavour which resembles juniper, and are fragrant and sweet with a lemony essence.

Suggested uses: commonly used in fish dishes along the Mediterranean, this pepper complements game, pâté and other rich food.
